About us
Comradery, a key family component, is the number one ingredient in our wines, representing support, shared laughter and survival of spirit. Our winemaker and vitner speaks the essence of a true comrade, as a retired firefighter and son of a Russian and Italian emigrants, Nick Greben is a true hero and dedicated farmer. His passion began as a very small child, when he learned the joys of making wine with his Italian grandparents. Nick Greben; the patriarch of Grebennikoff Vineyards has taught Noel Amand and Tom Hyland a lifetime of wine making knowledge.

Grebennikoff Vineyards is a small production boutique winery nestled at the base of the Mayacamas. Summer days are long, warm and dry while a soothing afternoon wind drifts along. Often one will hear the sounds of laughter, good spirits and storytelling, as the winemaker and vintners collaborate in the spirit of family pride. Through generations of farmers, our estate grown and hand crafted wines have stayed true to family roots and legacy. Our Vineyard is 3 1/2 acres of certified organic grapes in the heart of the Sonoma Valley. It is surrounded by the Sonoma and Mayacamas Mountain ranges. The soft cool coastal breeze protects the grapes from frost in the early spring. We specialize in growing Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Our estate vineyard is certified organic. We farm our vineyard in accordance with principles of organic farming, which excludes the use of artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides.
